Keep the Beat is back for its fourth fundraiser and the Nelson and District Credit Union is proud to be a sponsor of the music event.

Keep the Beat, a ten-hour concert held at Nelson’s Lakeside Rotary Park, is organized by a group of local youth to raise funds for War Child Canada.

The event celebrates its fourth anniversary Wednesday, July 25 from noon until 10 p.m.

So far we have raised over $35,000 through a silent auction, which has many great items donated by local Nelson businesses, donations, and the sales of Warchild merchandise.
