Heal Ourselves, Heal the Earth coming in September

There’s an amazing program coming in September called “Heal Ourselves, Heal the Earth” coming to Four Nations Outdoor Centre in Winlaw.
The eight-week, healing journey program incorporates traditional indigenous healing practices such as sweat lodge, ceremonial herbal baths, ethnobotanical knowledge, traditional wisdom teachings from elders, and so much more.
Thanks to grant funding through the Nelson Women’s Centre and Kootenay Food, Four Nations the event for women in the West Kootenay region absolutely free of charge.
The program is designed for women 16 and olcer and priority is given to self-identified indigenous women.

There is also the Energetic Protection and Self Care workshop happening August 24-25th — a must for those that are in the helping professions, or anyone who is sensitive to energetic environments.
