The holiday season is a time filled with togetherness and laughter. Sometimes, though, social gatherings can be overwhelming and may cause mixed feelings when we notice changes in friends and family members affected by dementia. Caregivers can explore strategies for minimizing stress and making holiday celebrations more enjoyable for both the caregiver and the person living with dementia. Click here to watch a webinar on preparing for the holidays.

Here are the education workshops, webinar and support groups taking place in the West Kootenays this month.
