Deadline extended for Kootenay Co-op Radio T-shirt design contest

Kootenay Co-op Radio is extending the deadline for our spring T-shirt design contest.
This T-shirt design will be launched during our June 2018 Membership Drive.
If you are an artist, graphic designer, or doodler, we want YOU to design Kootenay Co-op Radio’s Next Awesome T-Shirt!
Deadline for submissions is now Monday, April 16, 2018.
Artwork may be emailed or delivered to the station, but must be received by 5pm to be considered. The winner will be announced Friday, April 20th, 2018.
Winning artwork becomes the property of Kootenay Co-op Radio (KCR) to be used on t shirts, hoodies, and other merchandise, in print, and as KCR sees fit to promote the merchandise and future design contests.
Winner takes home a T-shirt with this design, and basks in the knowledge that they are helping to support independent media in the Kootenays.
Designs that are simple, thoughtful, clever and/or easily transferred to a T-shirt stand a better chance of being selected over those with complicated designs, obscure references, etc.
The design should clearly incorporate our name “Kootenay Co-op Radio” into the artwork, but other than that, you are free to follow your muse.
